Don’t we all lie to ourselves? The question is why? I will say that the main reason why we lie is to protect ourselves. Think about it for a second… When was the last time you lied to yourself? Why did you lie to yourself?
We get so use to lying to ourselves that we start to believe it. We only confuse ourselves.
Even though we think we protect ourselves by lying we are actually just screwing ourselves and making it worse.
Know who you are!
The truth will always be in the back of our minds and some or other time we will have to deal with it whether we want to or not!
If we are honest with ourselves from the beginning we will feel so much happier, careless, free and able to live our lives to the fullest.
